Gabe Sirkin joined Jabe Companies in 2016 primarily to work with Jabe founder, James Wilding Jr.. He was attracted to the firm in part based on their national reputation in commercial real estate. In the short time he has been with the company, Gabe has visited hundreds of sites in numerous states and currently has over 50 deals at various stages in his pipeline, with his first closing January 2017. Currently, Gabe has focused his efforts on retail site selection for developers, as well as site selection/expansion for numerous national retailers, such as Wakefern, YUM Brands, Oreily's Auto Parts, Tractor Supply Co., Dollar General, UPMC, Dollar Tree, Party City, Dunham's Sports, and others. He also specializes in lease negotiations on both the landlord and tenant side.
Gabe has always had a passion for real estate. While in college at Athens, Ohio, he helped market available office space to local businesses for a property management company there. He held multiple real estate-related internships in college ranging from property management to real estate technology start-ups. In Summer of 2015, Gabe interned for Lee and Associates NYC, one of the largest commercial brokerage firms in New York City, where he focused his efforts in office leasing. There he worked on many projects directly for the CEO and other top-earning brokers in the office.
Gabe graduated from Ohio University in 2016, with a Bachelor’s in Sports Management, with minors in Marketing and Finance; while at OU he also obtained a Professional Sales Certificate from the Schey Sales Centre, rated “one of the nation's first and highest ranked college sales programs.” Gabe is an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers, as well as the Retail Brokers Network. He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Pennsylvania.
